About Murf and Machine
Man and John Deere 2032R tractor for hire. Front-end loader, back-hoe and 60" mower deck. Spread soil and stone, trenching, hole digging, large lot and acreage grass cutting. Anything else a tractor can do. Fully insured.
What we need from you:
A place to park a 19' trailer
We transport the John Deere 2032R to your property on a 19' trailer. We will need a place to park it while the minor excavation work is being performed. In some instances, ample space must be available to turn the trailer around if necessary.
Have material on-site before the scheduled date of service
If spreading, grading or moving material such as topsoil or stone, please have matgerial on job-site before we arrive.
Call" PA One Call" if necessary
If digging a hole or trenching, please call PA One Call at 811 to determine if any plumbing, wiring or other underground utilities in designated work areas. Homeowners and contractors must call 8-1-1 at least three business days before starting any digging or excavation project, as required by law.
Deposit of 50% of estimated fees before work is started.
We require 50% of estimated fees be collected up-front before any work begins. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. The remaining balance is due when work is completed. Checks should be made payable to "SKM II, LLC".
Pricing
Our services start at $125 per hour (when we arrive to when we leave) with a 2 hour minimum.
